Practical Self-Care Techniques for Pain Management Course
Easy to learn, safe, and effective technique to cure early pain.


Course Overview:
This course focuses on easy-to-learn, safe, and effective techniques to quickly relieve or resolve soft tissue and myofascial pain in its early and prodromal stages. For chronic soft tissue old injuries, these techniques can also effectively improve symptoms. This set of techniques is a synthesis and summary of CMP Winton Hui’s many years of clinical experience. Our TCM team has been promoting and teaching this course in Hong Kong for three years, with ongoing classes that are practical and highly effective.
Six carefully selected Tui Na (massage) techniques are taught. There is no need to memorize acupoints or anatomical content; instead, points and lines are used as conceptual tools to identify affected areas, enabling safe "self-treatment."
To ensure teaching quality, the course will be conducted in small classes. Upon completion, we will form a WhatsApp Group, where CMP Winton Hui will continue to guide students with their questions, ensuring they can apply what they learn and achieve mastery through practice.

Day 1 Introduction
Basic Techniques: Pressing, Compressing, Kneading, Patting, Shaking, Rocking Upper Limbs (Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Fingers)
Day 2
Upper Limbs, Neck, Chest, Lumbar Spine, Back
Day 3
Lower Limbs (Knee, Ankle, Sole of Foot, Hip)
